Lucky Dolgellau scrape a narrow victory at Harlech Swalec Division Two North West Match

Dolgellau RFC were made to work hard for a tense narrow victory against a fired up Harlech who themselves played some of their best Rugby of this season so far. In a nervy first half there were nothing to choose between the teams as the first half ended with the score tie of 0 - 0. Both teams had their moment to try and find the break through needed but however on 79 minutes Dolgellau finally made the break through courtesy of a successful drop goal from Outside Half Gerwyn Thomas to seal a dramatic late victory for Dolgellau in a game that Harlech did not deserve to lose in such a narrow game. 

Meanwhile the Castle Men next faces an away division two north west game against Menai Bridge on Saturday 7th January 2017 with a 14-30 kick off.
