Harlech were well beaten by Denbigh as they went in full confidence  to keep their recent good form at Caeau Les Philips fields Denbigh after a two awesome home victories over Holyhead and Benllech  respectively and were eager to gain something out of today’s game to keep the pressure on fifth placed Bangor.

The visitors soon found themselves behind courtesy of Owain Davies converted try and the visitors was soon under pressure again as Denbigh scored four more converted tries courtesy of Cieran Bonnar, Aidyn Jones and Sion Rowlands to leave a half time score of Denbigh 28 - Harlech 0

The second half started badly for the visitors as Denbigh upped the tempo and were rewarded with further tries courtesy of Captain David Haydock, Owain Davies, Dan  O’sullivan a second Sion Rowlands  try and also a second Cieran Bonnar  try but the score was not  a true reflection of the scoreline as the brave castle men fought right to the bitter end to leave a fulltime score line of Denbigh 59 - Harlech 0

Meanwhile Harlech next game must be a win home game against Bangor on Saturday 4th March 2017 with a 14-30 kick off.
